Elite Health membership starts at $150 per month. That fee covers primary care visits, preventive care, sick visits, chronic disease management, minor procedures, telemedicine, urgent care, and specialty care coordination. Members pay no copays, co-insurance, or deductibles. A Premier Plan with a 10% annual discount saves members $180 per year. Medications, labs, and imaging are available at a discount but fall outside the monthly fee.

Elite Health does not bill insurance for any services. Members pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice. Elite Health does not accept Medicare. Many patients carry a high-deductible plan or health-sharing plan alongside their membership to cover specialist visits, hospitalizations, and other services outside the practice.

First appointments run 60 minutes. Follow-up visits exceed 20 minutes. Elite Health schedules appointments in advance and does not accept walk-ins. The practice keeps its schedule structured to eliminate crowded waiting rooms and ensure on-time visits.

Yes. Elite Health offers same-day appointments for members. Members also reach Dr. Alzaiem directly by call, text, or email through the Spruce secure messaging app for urgent questions between visits.

Yes. Elite Health provides telemedicine visits for all members. House calls are an exclusive benefit for Elite Primary Care Membership holders. Both options give members flexibility in how they access care.

Yes. Elite Health opens its specialty wellness services, including IV hydration therapy, sclerotherapy, and medical weight loss, to non-members. Members receive a 10% discount on IV therapy and sclerotherapy. IV therapy options range from $130 to $300 depending on the formulation. Sclerotherapy starts at $250 and receives individual pricing.

Yes. Elite Health offers employer plans starting at $100 per employee per month. These plans give employees access to primary care, urgent care, telehealth, and chronic illness management. The program helps small businesses provide meaningful health benefits at a manageable cost.
