Membership at Kahn Health costs $130 per month for adults ages 19 to 64 and $150 per month for adults 65 and older. Children ages six months to 18 years cost $85 per month. A one-time household enrollment fee of $99 applies. There are no co-pays or hidden fees.

Yes. Medicare patients can join Kahn Health by signing a Medicare Waiver Agreement. This agreement states that neither the patient nor the practice will bill Medicare for the membership fee. Medicare continues to cover laboratory testing, imaging, and other services outside the practice.

Dr. Malasa conducts home visits for newborns and postpartum families through the 4th Trimester Care Program.

The 4th Trimester Care Package supports newborns and birthing persons in the weeks following birth. Dr. Malasa visits the family at home, beginning in the first week after birth. The package includes postpartum planning, regular check-ups for the baby and birthing person, breastfeeding and lactation support, and integrative primary care. The package costs $2,200 for three months.

No. Kahn Health does not require a long-term contract. Members can cancel at any time, and the membership expires at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.

Yes. Drs. Kahn provide after-hours access by phone for urgent medical matters. After-hours contact is by phone only; texts and emails after hours are not monitored for urgent requests. Members can reach the doctors directly without going through a call center during regular hours by phone, text, or email.
