The LIFE*MOD Program is a six-session wellness program built around the Four Pillars of Human Design: Nutrition, Movement, Fitness, and Self. Each participant undergoes InBody 570 body composition testing, lab analysis, and receives a personalized wellness blueprint. A licensed physician supervises the program, which typically runs three to six months. The full program costs $310 and includes two visits plus approximately two months of support from a coach, nutritionist, and physician.

LIFE*MOD provides a full range of regenerative orthopedic treatments, including trigger point injections, prolotherapy, visco-supplementation, intra-articular injections, PRP injections, and stem cell injections. The practice also offers StemWave therapy, an FDA-listed non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to address musculoskeletal pain. Most StemWave care plans run eight to twelve sessions of five to ten minutes each.

CORPORATE LIFE*MOD is a workplace wellness program designed for organizations. It includes group fitness challenges, DNA testing, a 120-plus marker blood panel, InBody body composition testing, lunch-and-learn classes, yoga, EKG, massage, life coaching, and physical therapy assessments. The practice is open Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
