Ixir Health offers three plans. The Guardian Angel Wellness Plan is an annual concierge primary care membership with Dr. Dagher that includes comprehensive preventive screenings and ongoing health monitoring. The Body Balance Plan is a monthly cash-pay membership for physician-guided weight management. The Body Balance Nutrition Plan is a monthly membership focused on nutrition coaching with Dr. Sahar, without pharmaceuticals. Non-members can also access same-day urgent care visits.

Ixir Health bills insurance for covered medical services in the traditional way. The Guardian Angel Wellness Plan fee covers enhanced wellness services that insurance does not typically reimburse. These fees are separate from insurance billing. HSA and FSA funds may apply to eligible components of the membership.

Standard appointments run 45 minutes. The practice structures visits to be unhurried and focused, giving Dr. Dagher time to review your history, address your concerns, and build a forward-looking health plan.

Yes. Ixir Health offers same-day appointments for members. Non-members can also book same-day urgent care visits without a membership. The practice prioritizes prompt access so patients do not wait weeks for necessary care.

Yes. Dr. Dagher conducts visits in the office, via telemedicine, and through home visits. Patients can choose the format that best fits their situation. Telehealth visits also extend access to patients throughout the broader San Gabriel Valley area.

The Guardian Angel Wellness Plan includes cardiovascular and circulation screening, body composition and functional strength assessment, lung function evaluation, cognitive screening, vision and hearing screening, and comprehensive laboratory testing. Members also receive personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance, exercise planning based on evidence-based training principles, and ongoing health marker monitoring. The plan follows a three-phase roadmap spanning Foundation, Discovery, and Optimization and Prevention.

The Body Balance Plan is a monthly membership for physician-guided weight management. Dr. Dagher and Dr. Sahar Dagher lead the program together. Members receive a personalized treatment plan, nutrition guidance, lab orders for metabolic evaluation, virtual check-ins, and direct provider access. The plan includes prescription therapy for weight management as an option, along with coaching and accountability support. Visits happen at least once per month.

Ixir Health currently places Medicare patients on a waitlist. The Guardian Angel Wellness Program services do not bill to Medicare. Prospective Medicare patients should contact the practice directly to discuss options and availability.
