Dr. David Dang, MD offers three annual membership tiers. Tier 1 runs $2,250 per year. Tier 2 costs $3,000 per year and includes two in-home visits. Tier 3 costs $5,000 per year and includes eight in-home visits. All memberships renew annually.

Yes. The membership enhances your access to Dr. Dang but does not replace health insurance. You still need insurance for office visits, labs, imaging, specialist consultations, medications, hospital stays, and procedures. Dr. Dang's office helps coordinate referrals and communicates directly with other providers on your behalf.

Membership covers direct 24/7 access to Dr. Dang by phone and email, same-day or next-day sick visits, telehealth appointments, preventive health planning, an annual executive physical, nutrition and lifestyle support, care coordination, and in-office or at-home blood draws depending on insurance coverage. Members also have access to an in-house board-certified pharmacist and a registered dietitian with diabetes specialty certification.

Dr. Dang gives every member his private cell phone number and email address. You can contact him directly at any time, day or night, without going through a call center or answering service.

Dr. Dang offers same-day or next-day sick visits during office hours. For urgent concerns after hours, you can contact him directly to assess whether your situation can wait or needs immediate attention at an urgent care or emergency room.

Yes. Dr. Dang conducts virtual visits for follow-ups, medication questions, minor health concerns, and situations where coming into the office is not practical. Both new and established members can schedule a virtual meet-and-greet as a first step.

Yes. The practice offers at-home blood draws for Medicare patients. A board-certified phlebotomy technician with a specialty in geriatric blood draws performs these visits. Non-Medicare members may complete blood work in the office, depending on insurance coverage.

Dr. Dang limits his panel to keep care thorough and access reliable. When enrollment reaches capacity, prospective members can join a waitlist and receive notification when a spot opens. Enrollment stays open year-round as long as slots remain available.
