Families receive a 25% discount on additional memberships for a third member or beyond, for members ages 24 and younger. The membership covers all primary care services, including clinical care, lab testing, consultations, and care coordination.

The membership covers clinical and laboratory services, consultations, care coordination, acute care, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, women's and men's health, telehealth, and in-office lab testing. Members also access advanced services like pharmacogenomics testing, hormone replacement therapy, cardiac rhythm testing, and the Galleri® multi-cancer early detection test.

Yes. Dr. DeWitt makes himself available to members in person, by phone, by text, and via telehealth. Members can contact him directly through the Spruce app, which the practice uses for secure patient communication. Patients regularly note that he responds quickly, even in urgent situations outside standard office hours.
