IntegRAHealth offers three membership tiers. The Silver plan costs $200 per month and suits patients with mild autoimmune disease or osteoporosis who take non-biologic medications. The Gold plan costs $300 per month and covers patients who require biologic or infusion therapy. The Platinum plan costs $400 per month and supports patients with complex, active autoimmune conditions who need unlimited visits and intensive monitoring. Paying annually saves the equivalent of one month's fee on every tier.

Every tier includes unlimited text, email, and phone access; priority scheduling; care coordination with your PCP and other specialists; and expedited prior authorization. All tiers also include integrative and holistic support, comprehensive labs and imaging ordering, and musculoskeletal ultrasound when needed. Gold and Platinum members receive biologic and infusion therapy management. Platinum members also receive out-of-network insurance filing support and unlimited in-office visits and injections.

New patients begin with an initial consultation priced at $1,200, with a limited-time introductory rate of $1,000. That consultation includes a thorough review of prior records, a comprehensive history and physical exam, musculoskeletal ultrasound if needed, and a follow-up visit with a personalized treatment plan. After the consultation, patients who want ongoing care select one of the three membership tiers. IntegRAHealth requires a minimum six-month membership commitment.

IntegRAHealth does not accept insurance for membership fees or consultations. Patients may use HSA or FSA funds to cover costs. For labs and imaging, the practice can submit orders through a patient's insurance, or patients can pay out of pocket at deeply discounted self-pay rates. Platinum members receive support filing for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. The practice also provides a Superbill that patients can submit to their insurer independently.

Yes, IntegRAHealth offers telemedicine visits for established patients. The practice currently holds a license to practice in Georgia, so telehealth services are available to patients located within the state. Dr. Kaul is exploring future expansion to additional states.

Yes. Dr. Kaul makes after-hours and weekend appointments available upon request, particularly for patients with demanding professional schedules. Members also retain unlimited text, email, and phone access between visits for urgent or non-urgent questions.

Initial consultations run up to 60 minutes. That time allows Dr. Kaul to conduct a detailed history, physical exam, and review of prior records. Follow-up visits run up to 30 minutes and take place in person or via telehealth. Membership visit frequency ranges from two scheduled visits per year on the Silver plan to unlimited visits on the Platinum plan.

No. IntegRAHealth focuses exclusively on rheumatology and does not serve as a primary care provider. The practice works closely with each patient's PCP and other specialists to coordinate care. Dr. Kaul also does not prescribe narcotic pain medications.

Yes, IntegRAHealth sees Medicare patients. Medicare does not reimburse for out-of-network services, so Medicare members pay membership fees directly. Patients may still submit for reimbursement independently, and the practice provides documentation to support that process.

IntegRAHealth treats a wide range of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. These include rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, ankylosing spondylitis, Sjogren's syndrome, gout, pseudogout, vasculitis, scleroderma, inflammatory myopathies, polymyalgia rheumatica, and osteoporosis, among others.
