The Obesity Medicine Program launches November 1, 2025, at $75 per month, and includes GLP-1 medications, quarterly body composition analysis, a personalized nutrition plan, and a tailored exercise program. The Sustained Vitality Longevity Program costs $2,379 billed annually and includes metabolic and biologic age testing, genetic testing, advanced cardiovascular testing, and quarterly lab trend tracking. The practice limits that program to 25 memberships. Addiction and MAT treatment is also available as a $150 per month add-on.

Yes. About You Family Medicine offers several options for non-members. Urgent care visits cost $199, DOT physicals and sports or school physicals each cost $99, and a one-time virtual visit runs $99. These options give patients access to care without committing to a monthly membership.

Standard appointments run 45 to 90 minutes. New patient visits frequently exceed two hours. Dr. Sanders keeps his panel small specifically to allow extended, unhurried visits and minimal wait times. He also checks in with patients before their next appointment to confirm that treatment plans are working.

About You Family Medicine has two current locations. The Smyrna office sits at 2325 Log Cabin Drive SE, Suite 108, Atlanta, GA 30339, and operates Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. The Roswell office is at 1137 Alpharetta Street, Suite A, Roswell, GA 30075, open Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 5PM and Friday from 11:30AM to 7:30PM. A third location in Midtown Atlanta plans to open in early 2026.
