Mala Kaul, MD, MHS, founded IntegRAHealth after more than 20 years of clinical experience in rheumatology and internal medicine. She earned her BS, Cum Laude, and her MD from the University of Miami, where she gained acceptance into a selective six-year combined honors program that admitted only 20 students. She completed her internal medicine residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center, from 2003 to 2006. She then pursued a rheumatology fellowship at Duke University's Division of Rheumatology, earning her Master of Clinical Health Sciences degree there in 2010.
Dr. Kaul holds board certification in rheumatology and fellowship in the American College of Rheumatology. Duke's rheumatology clinic staff recognized her with a Best Clinical Educator award, and she later served as Adjunct Professor of Rheumatology at Duke. Her prior leadership roles include Medical Director at Piedmont Rheumatology and Assistant Designated Institutional Official at Piedmont Healthcare. Atlanta Magazine has named her a Top Doctor every year from 2023 through 2026, and Castle Connolly recognized her as a Top Doctor in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
