No. Independent Health Advantage does not accept insurance as a form of payment. Patients pay directly for their chosen membership program. The practice does accept Health Savings Account payments. Joining IHA does not affect your existing insurance rights; Dr. Sacchetti can still order tests and refer to specialists as an out-of-network provider.

IHA offers four programs. iHealthFocus provides four one-hour visits per year with basic blood work and a flu vaccine. iHealthConcierge delivers unlimited visits, house calls, on-site diagnostics, dietitian sessions, lab testing, ECG, lung function testing, and a flu shot. iHealthOne supports lifestyle change through seven visits, two dietitian sessions, a fitness evaluation, and the same diagnostic services. iHealthPartner serves businesses with a customizable plan for employee health needs.

Every appointment at Independent Health Advantage runs one full hour. Dr. Sacchetti schedules visits this way across all programs to allow thorough, unhurried care.

Yes. Independent Health Advantage offers same-day appointments. Dr. Sacchetti also makes himself available by phone, text, and email at any time for urgent questions or concerns that do not require an office visit.

Yes. IHA provides video visits through the AtlasMD telemedicine platform. The platform works with any computer or smart device and serves as a convenient alternative when an in-person visit is not possible.

Yes. Dr. Sacchetti travels within fifteen miles of the York office to see patients at home. House calls are a core feature of the iHealthConcierge program.

Independent Health Advantage runs a full in-office laboratory. Dr. Sacchetti offers complete blood count, metabolic panel, cholesterol, thyroid, uric acid, PSA, testosterone, A1c, and more. Results are ready before patients leave the office.

Yes. Independent Health Advantage carries the same medications as a retail pharmacy. Patients pick up prescriptions at the office or have them shipped directly. The practice handles medications this way to protect privacy and save patients time.

IHA membership is not a substitute for health insurance. The practice strongly advises members to maintain some form of catastrophic coverage for emergencies, hospitalizations, or specialty care.
