Innovate Direct Primary Care charges a flat $250 per month for unlimited visits. The membership includes no copays, no deductibles, and no exclusions for pre-existing conditions. Members who pay annually receive a 5% discount. Family discounts are also available.

The membership covers unlimited primary care visits, annual physicals, chronic disease management, acute non-emergency care, post-hospitalization follow-up, life and health coaching, and in-office diagnostics such as EKG, point-of-care ultrasound, and molecular testing. Members also receive access to labs at 70% or more off standard pricing and a 35% discount on supplements through FullScript.

Yes. Members contact Dr. Nguyen directly by phone, text, or email. The practice does not route patients through a call center or answering service. Dr. Nguyen handles communication personally.

Innovate Direct Primary Care guarantees same-day or next-day appointments for members. Each visit runs a full 60 minutes. The practice also offers telehealth visits and house calls for added flexibility.

Yes. A DPC membership does not replace health insurance. Innovate Direct Primary Care recommends that members carry a health insurance or health-sharing plan to cover specialist care, hospitalizations, major procedures, and imaging. High-deductible catastrophic plans pair well with this model.

Innovate Direct Primary Care does not contract with Medicare. However, Medicare and supplemental insurance can still cover outside services like labs and imaging ordered through the practice.

Prospective patients can email, call, or fill out the contact form on the practice website. Dr. Nguyen also offers a free, no-obligation meet-and-greet appointment to answer questions and walk through the enrollment process in detail.

Members may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. The practice refunds any unused pre-paid fees beyond that notice period in full. If a former member re-enrolls later, a re-enrollment fee may apply.

Yes. Non-members can book a one-hour consultation with Dr. Nguyen for $350. A two-hour Medical Advocate Package is available for $700 and covers record review, medical guidance, and care coordination. Out-of-office visits to assisted living facilities are also available to non-members for $500.

Innovate Direct Primary Care partners with Rachel Wemple, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, for nutritional consultation services. Members receive a 25% discount on all dietitian appointments.
