Membership at Hope Family Medicine runs $80 per month for adults and $40 per month for children. Families pay a maximum of $250 per month. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $50 for individuals or $100 per family. The practice does not require an annual contract.

The membership covers in-office and telemedicine visits, same-day or next-day appointments, and direct access to Dr. Gonzalez by phone, text, or email.
