About

At Antioch Med, six family medicine physicians deliver direct primary care across Wichita, Kansas. Co-founders Dr. Brandon Alleman and Dr. Nicholas Tomsen launched the practice in 2016 with a clear goal: build a model where the doctor-patient relationship comes first. The team has grown steadily since, and that founding principle still drives every clinical decision.

The practice covers the full spectrum of primary care for children and adults. Members pay a flat monthly fee, starting at $39 for children and $79 for adults, with a family cap of $250 per month. Antioch Med stocks over 200 medications and dispenses them at 50-90% below retail cost. The practice contracts directly with labs and imaging centers, passing wholesale pricing to members. A blood count runs $3; an MRI runs $450. Physicians handle a wide range of in-office procedures, from skin and musculoskeletal work to female health procedures and vasectomy. The practice also offers comprehensive prenatal care and obstetrics, and an in-house therapist provides 50-minute therapy sessions at $75. The team serves more than 70 employer groups throughout the Wichita region.
