Antioch Med charges $39 per month for children ages 0-17 and $79 per month for adults 18 and older. Families pay no more than $250 per month regardless of size. Membership pricing does not change based on health status or medical complexity.

No. Antioch Med does not accept any form of insurance for payment. Membership fees cover the vast majority of primary care services. Members who carry insurance can still use it for services outside the practice, such as hospitalizations or specialist care.

Membership covers acute illness visits, chronic disease management, wellness education, laboratory testing, office procedures, and care coordination with specialists. All wellness visits are free for members. The practice also dispenses over 200 medications at 50-90% below retail cost and offers wholesale pricing on labs and imaging.

Antioch Med accepts new patients on a first-come, first-served basis. You complete a brief electronic enrollment form on their website. The practice then contacts you to schedule your first appointment. They do not charge anything until you have that first visit.

Yes. Antioch Med offers same-day and next-day visits for established members. Physicians also make themselves available 24/7 by phone for urgent needs. Regular clinic hours run 8am to noon and 1pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Yes on both counts. Members can connect with their physician by phone, text, or video visit. House calls within Wichita city limits are also available with prior approval for situations that warrant them.

Antioch Med physicians handle a broad range of procedures in the clinic. Skin procedures include stitches, biopsies, cryotherapy, wart treatment, skin tag removal, abscess drainage, and cyst removal. Musculoskeletal services include ultrasound, joint injections, aspiration, and splinting and casting. Female health procedures include Pap smears, endometrial biopsies, IUD insertion, and colposcopy. The practice also performs vasectomies.

Yes. Antioch Med provides comprehensive prenatal care and obstetric services for an additional fee. A physician attends the delivery and rounds on the newborn in the hospital.

Yes. In-house therapist Kelly Moore, LSCSW, LAC offers 50-minute therapy sessions at $75, well below the average cost for therapy in the Wichita area. Sessions are available directly through the practice.

Yes. Antioch Med currently partners with more than 70 businesses of varying sizes throughout the Wichita area. The practice also works with aligned consultants to help employers build ACA-compliant health plans that incorporate DPC, with reported average employer savings of 20-40%.

Antioch Med uses a 30-day opt-out policy when a member cancels. If your membership lapses and you want to re-enroll, the practice charges a $200 re-initiation fee, subject to availability.
