Membership at Hitchcock Family Medicine starts at $99 per month. The fee adjusts based on age. Members pay no co-payments and no per-visit fees. Every in-office procedure and test is covered under the monthly membership.

The membership covers unlimited office visits, bedside testing such as EKG, strep, and UTI tests, and all in-office procedures including skin biopsies, laceration repairs, Pap smears, and ingrown toenail removals. The practice also provides wholesale medications on-site and offers outside lab work and imaging at greatly reduced prices.

Hitchcock Family Medicine does not accept insurance for membership fees or office services. The practice operates on a direct-pay model. Members can still carry insurance for hospitalizations, specialist visits, or other services outside the practice.

Hitchcock Family Medicine offers Pap smears, contraception counseling, colposcopy, cervical dysplasia treatment, endometrial biopsy, and first-trimester prenatal care. The practice uses the Nella speculum from Ceek Women's Health for more comfortable exams. For cervical dysplasia, the physicians offer evidence-based non-surgical alternatives including topical imiquimod.
