Monthly fees at Harmony Center start at $110 for adults. Children ages 2 to 20 joining with an adult pay $60 per month; children joining without an adult pay $86 per month. Infants ages 0 to 2 are $140 per month. Families pay a maximum of $350 per month for one household, regardless of how many members enroll.

Yes. Harmony Center charges a one-time enrollment fee of $200 per person or $500 per family maximum. These fees are due when you join and do not recur monthly. Members also commit to an initial six-month membership term.

No. Harmony Center does not contract with any insurance companies. Patients pay their monthly membership fee directly to Dr. Mayes-Beasly. If patients carry insurance or a health sharing plan, they may use it for outside services such as specialist visits, labs, or prescriptions, but the membership fee itself is a direct payment.

Harmony Center is currently full and accepts new patients only as spaces open. Prospective patients can submit their information through the contact form on the practice website to join the waitlist. When space becomes available, Dr. Mayes-Beasly schedules a 30-minute Meet and Greet phone call for $25 before enrollment begins.

Membership covers all appointments, holistic care plans, and most primary care services. This includes annual physicals, well baby and child check-ups, sports and school physicals, sick visits, chronic disease management, medication management, referrals, and video or phone visits. Members also receive 24/7 portal and email access and after-hours phone access. Vaccine administration fees are separate.

Yes. Dr. Mayes-Beasly conducts video and phone visits as part of the membership. Members also have 24/7 access through the patient portal and email. After-hours contact by phone is available for urgent needs.

Harmony Center serves patients of all ages. Dr. Mayes-Beasly sees newborns, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients. She encourages whole families to enroll together, including multiple generations in one household.

Initial appointments run one hour. Dr. Mayes-Beasly uses that first visit to review health history and discuss each patient's personal goals in depth. The practice also offers same-day scheduling for urgent needs.

Yes. In addition to conventional family medicine, Dr. Mayes-Beasly incorporates herbal medicine, homeopathic remedies, Anthroposophic Medicine, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy into her care plans. She tailors these options to each patient's individual needs and health history.

The Meet and Greet is a 30-minute phone conversation between prospective patients and Dr. Mayes-Beasly. It costs $25 and gives both parties a chance to ask questions and decide whether Harmony Center is a good fit. No medical advice is given during this call. Enrollment requires a completed Meet and Greet first.
