About
At Adirondack Direct Primary Care in Glens Falls, NY, Dr. Andrew Garner brings more than three decades of family medicine experience to a deeply personal model of care. He spent five years studying the DPC model before building the practice around it. His goal was straightforward: deliver high-quality, comprehensive, preventive care through both traditional and non-traditional approaches.
The practice runs on a one-patient, one-physician philosophy. Dr. Garner describes his approach as "good home cooking" medicine, the kind a neighborhood doctor offers when they genuinely know their patients. Beyond primary care, the practice operates the Adirondack Medical Infusion Center, offering EDTA chelation therapy, IV vitamins, and hydration services. Dr. Garner has provided EDTA chelation therapy since 1993. Every member receives a complimentary toxic heavy metal test with enrollment. The practice also houses the Adirondack Medical Research Center, a multi-therapeutic facility conducting Phase II through IV clinical studies.

Adirondack Direct Primary Care operates the Adirondack Medical Infusion Center on-site. Services include EDTA chelation therapy, IV hydration, Myers Cocktail IV, Vitamin C IV, Glutathione IV, NAD+ infusion, and intramuscular injections including Vitamin B12 and B Complex. Dedicated IV staff, typically registered nurses, administer all infusion treatments.
EDTA chelation therapy uses intravenous EDTA to bind and remove toxic heavy metals from the body through urine. Dr. Garner has offered this treatment since 1993. It suits patients with elevated heavy metal levels or vascular disease. Testing before treatment determines whether chelation is appropriate and how many sessions a patient needs.
