Memberships at Purcell Integrative Osteopathic Care start at $95 per month for individuals. Family pricing scales from $170 for two members up to $325 for six or more members. Every membership includes all office visits at no additional charge, 24/7 physician access, same or next-day appointments, telehealth visits, and house calls when medically necessary. Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment is also included for members. The membership covers annual wellness visits, child wellness visits, sick appointments, chronic condition management, EKGs, pulmonary function testing, point-of-care testing, and minor procedures like skin tag removal.

The practice does not accept insurance for membership fees. Members can use their insurance for lab work and prescriptions that Dr. Purcell orders. For coverage outside of primary care, the practice recommends Health Share programs as an alternative to traditional insurance.

Yes. The practice guarantees same or next-day appointments for all non-emergency needs. Regular office visits take place on Mondays and Fridays. On-call appointments are also available based on medical urgency.

Yes. Dr. Purcell offers telemedicine visits through an online portal when clinically appropriate. He also makes house calls when a patient's situation requires it. Both services are included within the membership.

The practice serves patients from birth through adults up to age 64. Dr. Purcell provides pediatric care for infants, children, and college students, as well as comprehensive internal medicine care for adults. The practice does not currently accept new patients over age 64.
