Membership starts at $90 per month for adults ages 18 to 39. Adults ages 40 to 64 pay $120 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 applies to all new members. Thrive also offers a 5% discount for quarterly payment and a 10% discount for annual payment.

Thrive does not bill insurance for membership fees. Members pay a flat monthly fee with no copays or surprise bills. However, the practice coordinates with your insurance or negotiates discounted cash rates for labs, imaging, and medications. Members can also use HSA or FSA funds to cover membership costs.

Yes. Thrive offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. Whether you have an urgent sick visit or a routine concern, Dr. Spath keeps her panel sized to accommodate timely access.

Appointments typically run 30 to 60 minutes. The practice structures visits this way so Dr. Spath has enough time to listen, answer questions, and address your concerns fully.

Yes. Dr. Spath offers home visits for $100 per visit and after-hours visits for $50 per visit. These options give members access to care beyond standard office hours and without a trip to urgent care.

Thrive does not currently accept Medicare-enrolled or Medicaid-enrolled patients while the practice completes its Medicare roster and compliance steps. Adults 65 and older and those enrolled in Medicaid can join a waitlist to receive notification when enrollment opens.

No. Thrive offers month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts. Members who cancel and later choose to return pay a re-enrollment fee of $350.

Every membership includes unlimited in-person and virtual visits, same-day or next-day scheduling, preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent sick visits, in-office procedures, care coordination, prescription management, and insurance coordination for labs and imaging. Thrive also organizes Community of Wellness group activities for members.
