The Premium plan costs $2,775 per year and adds eight home visits, most labs included, and primary care procedures included. Family and group discounts are available for the Standard plan.

Yes, for a limited time. The practice offers non-member services including acute sick visits at $150, physicals with routine labs at $300, and consultations at $300. Specialized procedures such as joint injections, earwax removal, and infant tongue tie release are also available to non-members at posted prices.
