New patients pay $1,200 per year for the General Endocrine Membership. Returning patients pay $750 per year. Patients who add fertility treatment services pay an additional $550 to $750 per year on top of the base membership. Yes. Glueck Endocrinology offers evening telemedicine appointments for added scheduling flexibility. In-person visits take place at the Highland Park, Illinois office. Fertility patients also have access to Saturday and Sunday in-person visits during active treatment cycles.

Weekend visits are available during active cycles, and the practice provides full guidance on fertility insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs.

Dr. Glueck performs thyroid ultrasounds and biopsies herself in the office using advanced ultrasound equipment. She sends nodule samples to a specialized laboratory for Afirma Thyroid FNA analysis. That test evaluates gene expression to help determine whether a nodule is benign or malignant, and it can often eliminate the need for repeat biopsies or unnecessary surgery.

Yes. Glueck Endocrinology maintains a full-service laboratory inside the office. Patients can use it by appointment or walk in. Dr. Glueck draws blood herself, and the in-office lab also supports sperm processing for IUI procedures.
