The practice serves adult patients across the North Shore communities of Chicago from its Northbrook, IL office. Both physicians built long careers at NorthShore University HealthSystem before co-founding ASPIRE in 2023. Membership Details
Annual ASPIRE membership is $4,000. A one-time non-refundable $250 processing fee is assessed at the inception of membership. No additional charges or co-pays for office visits, virtual care, or any other communication with your ASPIRE doctor. Does not cover lab work, vaccinations, intravenous treatment, radiology, hospitalizations, ER visits, specialist visits, or medications. Does not accept medical insurance or Medicare.
