FitCare DPC starts at $149 per month with a three-month minimum commitment. This tier includes direct physician access, monthly 3D body scans and strength score assessments, quarterly fitness and nutrition consultations, two metabolic tests per year, unlimited secure messaging, and member-only bloodwork pricing. Fitomics also offers Platinum ($399/mo) and Diamond ($799/mo) memberships with additional services and coaching.

Many FitCare DPC services qualify for FSA and HSA payments. The practice also offers interest-free financing for eligible members. Contact the Fitomics team to confirm eligibility for your specific plan.

FitCare DPC currently accepts a limited number of new patients who are residents of Alabama or Tennessee. The Platinum and Diamond memberships are currently open to residents of Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas. Prospective members can submit an interest form to check availability.

Yes. FitCare DPC members have access to virtual care through Dr. Hardin, along with unlimited secure messaging for ongoing communication. In-person visits are also available at Fitomics locations in Alabaster and Homewood, Alabama, and Johnson City, Tennessee.

The base membership includes monthly 3D body scans, monthly strength score assessments, and two resting and active metabolic tests per year. The practice also offers advanced testing such as VO2 max analysis, continuous glucose monitoring, genetic testing, microbiome testing, and lactate profiling. Member-only pricing applies to bloodwork and lab panels.

Fitomics operates three locations: Fitomics HQ at 3 Brown Circle in Alabaster, AL; Fitomics Training Lab at 133 W Oxmoor Rd, Suite 315 in Homewood, AL; and Fitomics Fitness Lab at 2244 Boones Creek Road in Johnson City, TN. Remote options are also available for out-of-state members.

FitCare DPC operates as a direct primary care practice, so members pay a monthly membership fee directly to the practice. Many services qualify for FSA and HSA reimbursement. The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees.

Yes. Platinum and Diamond members receive $100 off per month for a second household member. This discount does not apply to the base FitCare DPC tier.

The Diamond membership includes a full refund guarantee. If a member follows their program, completes all assessments and check-ins, and sees no measurable improvement after six months, Fitomics refunds the full investment. The Diamond tier is limited to 20 members and is currently available in Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas.
