About

At Fiat Medical, three physicians deliver direct primary care across two Virginia locations: Front Royal and Manassas. Dr. John-Paul Jansen and his father, Dr. Donald Jansen, co-founded the practice in 2022. Dr. Aaron Patzwahl joined the team, bringing family medicine experience that spans military service, rural care, and international medicine.

The practice treats each patient as a whole person, not as a set of symptoms or diagnoses. Members pay a flat monthly fee with no copays and no surprise bills. Initial visits run a full hour, and same-day appointments, telemedicine, and house calls for homebound patients within 10 miles are all available. Fiat Medical also offers IV therapy, discounted labs and imaging, and employer-sponsored group plans at 10% off standard rates. Starting January 2026, memberships qualify as HSA and FSA eligible under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
