Monthly fees at Fiat Medical scale by age. Adults ages 18-39 pay $65 per month, ages 40-65 pay $80, and members 65 and older pay $100. Children under 18 pay $55 per month when their parents are not members, or $25 per month as part of a family membership after two full-price members enroll. Additional children beyond the first five are free. A registration fee of $75 for individuals or $125 for families applies at enrollment, and members commit to six months at the start before switching to month-to-month.

Membership covers unlimited office visits, annual wellness exams, preventive labs and screenings, chronic disease management, telemedicine visits, well-child checks, and testing for strep, mono, COVID, and flu. Sports and school physicals and cryotherapy for minor skin procedures are also included. The practice offers house calls free of charge for homebound patients within 10 miles. Basic lab work runs $2-10, and discounted radiology and imaging are available. Laceration repair carries a separate $65 fee.

Fiat Medical does not bill insurance for membership fees. Members pay their doctor directly each month with no copays and no surprise bills. Patients may carry a separate insurance plan for hospitalizations or specialist care, and Fiat Medical provides referrals when needed.

Yes. Starting January 2026, Fiat Medical memberships qualify as HSA and FSA eligible under Section 71308 of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. Members can use pre-tax health savings funds to cover their monthly membership fees.

Members contact their physician directly by phone, text, or email. There is no call center or answering service between you and your doctor.

Yes to both. The practice offers telemedicine visits for members who prefer remote care. Fiat Medical also makes house calls for homebound patients at no additional charge within 10 miles of the office.

Fiat Medical operates two offices: one in Front Royal, Virginia, and one in Manassas, Virginia. Dr. John-Paul Jansen and Dr. Aaron Patzwahl see patients at both locations. Dr. Donald Jansen practices at the Front Royal office.
