Paladin Family Practice

Paladin Family Practice uses age-based flat monthly fees with no enrollment fee, no copays, and no hidden charges. Children ages 0 to 17 pay $35 per month when enrolled with a parent. Adults ages 18 to 44 pay $95 per month, ages 45 to 64 pay $120 per month, and members 65 and older pay $135 per month. Families pay no more than $350 per month total.

Membership covers unlimited in-person and telemedicine visits, same-day or next-day appointments, and direct access to Dr. Smith by call, text, or email. It also includes comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health and lifestyle counseling, and discounted rates on labs, imaging, and many prescriptions through local partners. Members in Strasburg receive house calls at no additional cost.

Paladin Family Practice does not bill or accept insurance for membership fees. You pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice. The practice encourages members to carry a separate insurance policy or health-sharing plan for specialist visits, hospitalizations, and other services outside the scope of primary care.
