Extension Health offers three primary membership tiers. The Reboot is a two-day intensive reset designed for executives and frequent travelers. The Catalyst is an annual precision-based membership that includes quarterly biomarker testing, longevity coaching, and flexible credits for advanced therapeutics. The Superhuman is an invitation-only program capped at 25 members; Dr. Kuo personally oversees care and members access unlimited regenerative orthopedics, aesthetics, stem cell and exosome therapies, four Therapeutic Plasma Exchange treatments, and four EBOO treatments per year.

No membership is required for many services. Extension Health offers standalone consultations, diagnostic packages, and individual treatments. Options include a Peptide Consultation at $250, a Procedure Clearance Consultation at $400, a CORE Longevity Panel at $300, a Heavy Metals Test at $600, and a Standard DEXA Scan at $250. Prospective patients can also book individual IV therapies, imaging, and other treatments directly.

Extension Health operates two New York City locations. The West Village clinic sits at 160 7th Ave South, NY 10014. The Midtown location at 110 East 60th Street recently opened and houses the practice's advanced imaging services, including the Omega360Scan 3T full-body MRI system.

The Omega360Scan is a 3T MRI full-body imaging system that Extension Health uses for proactive cancer screening. It produces highly detailed images that allow radiologists to evaluate organs and tissues with precision. The Omega360Scan is exclusively available at the Midtown location.

Yes. Extension Health offers virtual consultations including peptide consultations conducted remotely. Telehealth is part of the clinical skill set the team uses to support patients who cannot visit in person.

The Women's Health Program is a physician-led, practitioner-supported program that treats the full hormonal arc as a continuum. It addresses pre-menopause, peri-menopause, and post-menopause rather than treating each phase as a separate condition. Dr. Kathleen Léger, who holds triple board certification and a particular clinical focus on female hormone optimization, plays a central role in the program.

The Gut Health Optimization Program targets digestive wellness through personalized, data-driven care. Dr. Mishal Reja, a double board-certified gastroenterologist and internist, leads the program. He focuses on the relationship between gut health, metabolic function, and long-term outcomes.

Extension Health offers a range of interventional orthopedic treatments. These include Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy, intraosseous injections, autologous BMAC, and adipose-derived stem cell therapy with culture expansion under FDA Right to Try guidelines. The practice also provides access to MUSE Stem Cells and Exosomes through a Florida clinic. Dr. Nick Copeli directs the Sports Medicine program and specializes in treating sports and spinal injuries with orthobiologics.

Dr. Kuo's clinical network has treated more than 50,000 patients and performed over 140,000 procedures. The team brings more than 15 years of experience in regenerative therapeutics. The practice published one of the first IRB-approved studies on the safety of exosomes in the epidural space to treat chronic pain.
