Every new patient starts as a Client after completing an Initial Consultation. Clients pay for services and products a la carte. Members pay a retainer fee and receive unlimited in-person and virtual consultations, direct access to Dr. K via text, call, and email, preferred pricing 20 to 30 percent below standard Client rates, priority scheduling, and access to membership-only offerings. Members also receive lab testing, body composition analysis, STI testing and treatment, VO2 Max and RMR testing, vaccine administration, and product shipping as part of their membership.

The practice accepts new clients on a limited and selective basis. The process begins with a Fit Check call, a one-on-one conversation to discuss your goals and determine whether the practice is the right match. From there, Dr. K runs a Baseline Blueprint, a comprehensive panel of bloodwork and advanced cardiometabolic testing. Next comes a Deep Dive consultation with Dr. K to review results. Once that process is complete, you begin your personalized optimization regimen. Referrals from existing clients receive priority consideration.

The practice operates out of network with all insurance providers. Insurance does not cover membership fees or a la carte service costs. However, patients may apply insurance toward lab testing and certain medications purchased at retail pharmacies.

Yes. Dr. K offers telemedicine appointments for patients in New York, Florida, and Texas. Members receive unlimited virtual consultations, including phone and video visits, as part of their membership. Members also have direct access to Dr. K between appointments via text and email.

Yes. Doctor K Private Medicine offers home visits through Dr. K's team. House calls carry an additional cost beyond standard membership or a la carte fees. The practice began as a house call service in 2017, and in-home care remains available today.
