About
At Essential Health in Raleigh, NC, five physicians blend direct primary care with functional, integrative, and longevity medicine. The practice spans locations in Raleigh, Cary, and Bozeman, MT. Its tagline, "Optimizing Health and Longevity," captures the clinical ambition behind every program.
Dr. James Stevens founded Essential Health after 30 years in primary care and sports medicine. He designed a care model that pairs evidence-based functional medicine with advanced longevity science. Dr. Elizabeth Sierakowski joined with the opening of the Raleigh location in 2017 and serves as Medical Director there. The team also includes Dr. Allison Webb, who brings dual training in internal medicine and psychiatry; Dr. Tonya Cramer, quadruple board certified in preventive and lifestyle medicine; and Dr. Justin Allen, whose fellowship in undersea and hyperbaric medicine is rare in primary care settings. Providers hold certifications through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine. The Raleigh location offers two subscription programs, Essential Collective Care at $150 per month and Total Collective Care at $325 per month. Services extend into hormone balancing, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, VO2 max testing, NAD+ therapy, and medical aesthetics.
