Empowerment LLC Direct Primary Care

Empowerment LLC offers an All Access membership plan. Members under 65 pay $190 per month. Members over 65 pay $220 per month. A one-time administrative fee of $200 applies at enrollment. Families pay a maximum of $500 per month, regardless of household size.

Membership covers home visits, telemedicine access, longer appointments, discounted lab tests, annual and employment physicals, pre-op physicals, acute care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and the Healthy Living Program. Dr. Sitzer also provides nutrition counseling, weight loss support, exercise guidance, smoking cessation, and minor procedures such as wart removal, ear lavage, wound care, and EKG.

Empowerment LLC does not bill insurance for membership fees. Members can still use their existing health plan for labs, specialist referrals, and hospitalizations. The practice works alongside PPO, HDHP, FSA, HRA, and HSA plans. Empowerment LLC also accepts Medicare patients who pay practice fees directly.

Empowerment LLC operates as a fully mobile practice. Dr. Sitzer visits patients in their homes for appointments. Members can also connect with him through a telemedicine app for video visits, secure messaging, and after-hours urgent concerns.

Empowerment LLC offers same-day or next-day visits. Dr. Sitzer caps his patient panel at several hundred patients, which keeps his schedule available for timely access. Appointments run up to 60 minutes.

The Healthy Living Program is a community wellness initiative included with membership. Dr. Sitzer hosts walks, dinner potlucks, grocery store tours, food prep classes, and documentary nights. Monthly events also include lectures, guest speakers, and book clubs. The program emphasizes Whole Food Plant Based nutrition education.

Yes. Empowerment LLC offers an employer benefit program with reduced group rates. Employers can fund the membership fully, share the cost with employees, or allow employee-funded payroll deductions. The practice provides employee communication support and works alongside existing group health plans or as a standalone benefit.

Yes. Empowerment LLC serves patients throughout Newburyport, the North Shore, Southern New Hampshire, and the greater Boston area. Dr. Sitzer travels to patients for home visits throughout this region.

Empowerment LLC does not prescribe long-term controlled substances for pain, anxiety, or ADD/ADHD, though Dr. Sitzer assists with referrals. The practice also does not provide OBGYN care, complex laceration repair, fracture management, or vaccine administration. Dr. Sitzer refers patients to appropriate specialists for these needs.
