The membership fee does not cover Professional Services, which the practice bills separately.

The Member Services representative acts as your advocate for administrative and health coordination needs. They assist with appointment facilitation, specialist connectivity, and other member-related issues. This support helps reduce the administrative burden on members.

The practice holds office visits Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
