SoHo Concierge offers two membership tiers. The Basic plan starts at $399 per month and includes same- or next-day in-office visits, extended appointment times, annual physical and wellness screening, direct messaging with your physician, and expedited specialist referrals. The Premium plan costs $549 per month and adds personalized in-home visits, priority scheduling, a comprehensive health and longevity review, and home lab draws with medication delivery coordination. Couples receive a 10% discount, and both plans qualify for HSA and FSA payment.

SoHo Concierge bills the membership fee separately from clinical care. The monthly membership fee covers enhanced access and concierge services. Standard medical care and in-home diagnostic services such as lab draws, X-rays, ultrasounds, and EKGs bill directly to your insurance.

Yes. Both membership plans include same- or next-day in-office appointments. Premium Plan members receive priority scheduling across all services, including in-home visits. The practice also offers 24/7 access to its physician team for urgent concerns.

Yes. Premium Plan members receive personalized in-home visits as needed. SoHo Concierge also brings diagnostic services directly to your home, including blood draws, X-rays, ultrasounds, and EKGs. These in-home services bill to your insurance and are available same-day or next-day.

Yes. SoHo Concierge delivers every patient service through board-certified physicians only. The practice does not use nurse practitioners or physician assistants. Both Dr. Daniel Golden and Dr. Shivani Golden hold active board certifications and personally care for all members.

SoHo Concierge offers a discreet VIP and celebrity care service for high-profile clients who need care on their terms. The program includes a standard non-disclosure agreement, flexible and last-minute scheduling, exclusive at-home visits, and on-site medical coverage at live events and corporate offices with advance notice.

Yes. The practice offers medically supervised weight loss using GLP-1 and dual GIP/GLP-1 medications including Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro, and Saxenda. A physician oversees all treatment and personalizes dosing for each patient. The practice also plans to add FDA-approved REEVUE metabolic rate analysis.

Yes. SoHo Concierge provides travel medicine services including vaccine administration, anti-malarial medications, and the proprietary SoHo Emergency Travel (SET)-PAK, a physician-curated emergency kit tailored to your medical profile and travel itinerary.

New patients start with a free 15-minute phone consultation with the lead physician. From there, the practice schedules an in-person health assessment to review your wellness goals. After that meeting, you choose the membership plan that fits your needs and begin care.

Yes. The practice provides mental health screening for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, substance use, dementia, and related conditions. Physicians manage initial treatment and coordinate referrals for patients who need long-term mental health management.
