Monthly membership fees vary by age. Eagles Nest Pediatrics charges $200 per month for children ages 0-2, $150 per month for ages 3-6, and $100 per month for ages 7-18. Families with multiple enrolled siblings pay a maximum of $300 per month regardless of the number of children. Paying the full year upfront earns a 10% discount.

Yes. Eagles Nest Pediatrics allows members to cancel at any time with 30 days notice. If a family later decides to rejoin, a $150 rejoining fee applies.

Dr. Eagleton does not contract with insurance companies. The practice operates on a direct membership model, and families pay the monthly fee through the patient portal via ACH transfer or credit or debit card. Eagles Nest Pediatrics recommends that all members maintain their own health insurance to cover hospitalizations, surgeries, ER visits, labs, imaging, specialist care, prescriptions, and vaccines.

Yes. Dr. Eagleton offers telemedicine visits in addition to home visits. Members also reach her directly by text, phone, or email around the clock, so many questions and concerns get addressed without requiring a formal appointment.

Home visits are the standard model at Eagles Nest Pediatrics - Dr. Eagleton comes to your home for all visits. Appointments average 60 minutes. She brings rapid testing capability for strep, COVID, flu, urinalysis, and blood glucose directly to the visit.

Families can enroll directly through the patient portal on the Eagles Nest Pediatrics website. To start, the parent or guardian enrolls first as the head of household, then adds each child and completes their medical details. Families who want to meet Dr. Eagleton first can schedule a complimentary Meet and Greet via Zoom or in person by emailing the practice.

Eagles Nest Pediatrics serves children from birth through age 18. Dr. Eagleton handles the full spectrum of pediatric care across all those years, from newborn well visits to adolescent health and behavioral support.

Membership covers well child visits, same or next day sick visits, mental health and behavioral support including ADHD, depression and anxiety screening and treatment, school and sports and camp physicals, care coordination and specialist referrals, and rapid testing for strep, COVID, flu, urinalysis, and blood glucose. Hospitalizations, surgeries, ER visits, outside labs, imaging, specialist visits, prescriptions, and vaccines fall outside the membership.

Yes. Dr. Eagleton offers same and next day sick visits for ill children. Her 24/7 availability also means she can assess symptoms by phone, text, or telehealth before a home visit is needed, helping families make informed decisions quickly.
