No. ClineMed does not accept insurance for its membership services. The practice operates on a flat monthly fee paid directly by members. If you carry insurance, you can still use it for imaging, specialist referrals, and emergency care outside the practice. ClineMed works well alongside health sharing networks such as Christian Health Ministries, Medishare, Samaritan Ministries, and Sedera.

Yes. ClineMed members can contact their doctor by text, email, video visit, or phone. The practice keeps its patient panel intentionally small so that doctors have real availability. Do not be surprised if your doctor picks up the phone when you call.

ClineMed offers same-day and next-day scheduling. The practice does not double-book appointments and does not schedule weeks out. This approach keeps members out of urgent care and emergency rooms for issues their doctor can handle.

Members pay $0 for a wide range of in-office services. These include EKG, lung function testing, urine tests, urine pregnancy tests, rapid strep and flu tests, COVID tests, and in-office breathing treatments. Minor procedures such as stitches, skin lesion removal, skin lesion biopsy, ingrown toenail removal, and steroid joint injections also carry no additional charge for members.

ClineMed negotiates wholesale lab pricing and passes those savings directly to members. The practice draws blood in the office for convenience. For imaging, ClineMed has negotiated discounted rates at local facilities for X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasound, mammograms, and DEXA bone density scans.

Yes. ClineMed offers video visits for members who prefer remote care. Members can also reach their doctors by text or email, making access flexible and convenient.

No. Due to government regulations, ClineMed cannot currently enroll Medicare or Medicaid patients as members. The practice encourages those patients to call with questions about their specific situation.
