About
At Dune Shores Health, Dr. Gregory Holton delivers internal medicine and geriatric care through an independent direct primary care practice in Grand Haven, Michigan. He built the practice with a clear conviction: the doctor and patient should decide the course of treatment together. Three principles guide his work: Respect, Transparency, and Advocacy.
Dr. Holton trained entirely at Baylor College of Medicine, completing medical school, an internal medicine residency, and a geriatrics fellowship before moving to Grand Haven in 2018. He later led the Trinity Health Muskegon Internal Medicine Residency Clinic, served as lead physician for Westshore Internal Medicine, and earned election as Department Chair of Primary Care. Dune Shores Health serves adults 18 and older, with a particular focus on retirees along the Lakeshore. New patient appointments run 90 minutes. Follow-up visits run 30 to 60 minutes. Members reach Dr. Holton directly by call, text, or email, and he offers telehealth for patients who spend winters elsewhere.
