Yes. Each physician at Downtown Private Health is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Members can contact their physician by telephone, cellular phone, fax, or email. If a physician is unavailable, another practitioner at the practice or a covering physician will handle urgent communications.

Downtown Private Health offers same-day and next-business-day appointments. This applies to both urgent and non-urgent visits. The practice limits its membership panel specifically to make this level of access possible.

Yes. Each physician at Downtown Private Health provides virtual visits through telemedicine when clinically appropriate. Telehealth visits are subject to applicable legal requirements for the delivery of telehealth services.

The SENS Solution Wellness Program focuses on four lifestyle pillars: Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, and Stress Management. Members complete a personalized health assessment reviewed by a SENS Solution Health Coach. The coach works with your physician to build and monitor a customized wellness plan. This program is not a clinical assessment and does not substitute for covered wellness exams.

Each Downtown Private Health member has access to a dedicated Member Services representative. This person handles the administrative aspects of your health needs and acts as your advocate on all member-related issues. Member Services can also facilitate connectivity to Castle Connolly Top Doctors nationwide upon request.

Downtown Private Health connects members to over 55,000 Castle Connolly Top Doctors nationwide. Members or their physicians can request this connection through the Member Services team. Physicians at the practice also conduct pre-referral communication and follow up on specialist visits on members' behalf.

Downtown Private Health holds office visits Monday through Friday during normal office hours. Under special circumstances, the practice may offer weekday evening appointments when medically appropriate and mutually agreed upon.

The membership fee is separate from medical services and insurance billing. Your physician and their practice bill for all medical services directly. Members should contact the practice for details on insurance compatibility with medical visits.
