Individual adult membership starts at $150 per month. A husband and wife plan runs $275 per month, a parent-and-children plan is $200 per month, and a full family plan is $325 per month. Covington Family Health also charges a one-time enrollment fee of $95 per family, which the practice credits back to you after one full year of membership.

The membership covers all in-person and virtual visits, all minor procedures performed in the office, all injectable medicines given in the office, and all regular labs drawn in the office. Standard labs included are CBC, CMP, Hgb A1C, lipid panel, thyroid panel, and UA. The practice charges no copays, no deductibles, and no upcharges on labs.

Infusion services, including IV hydration, IV nutrition, and IV medications, are directed by Dr. Covington and administered by a registered nurse.
