Members receive unlimited office visits with no copays. The membership also includes direct access to the doctor by cell phone, text, email, or video chat, same-day or next-day appointments, extended visit times, and discounts on labs, radiology, pathology, and medications. Healthcare navigation support is also part of the membership.

Direct Primed Care does not bill health insurance for its medical services. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers their primary care.
