Concierge Family Medicine charges no visit fees, no co-pays, and no hidden costs on top of that fee. New patients enroll for a full year, with membership expiring one year from the enrollment date.

Yes. Dr. Jones provides patients with his personal cell phone number for after-hours urgent questions. The practice also answers the office phone promptly Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, including the lunch hour, with no phone tree.

Established patients who call before 9am can schedule a same-day appointment. The practice keeps its schedule running on time so patients rarely wait. Standard appointments run 60 minutes.

The practice does not bill insurance for its membership fee or services. Patients pay the practice directly through an annual retainer. The practice has also opted out of Medicare and other government health programs. Patients over 65 who wish to join must sign a Private Contract.

The annual physical at Concierge Family Medicine takes up to 90 minutes. Dr. Jones conducts a comprehensive history, a full physical exam, lab work, an immunizations review, and a health planning discussion. The membership fee covers the entire exam with no additional charges.

Concierge Family Medicine intentionally uses paper charting. The practice keeps its records off the internet to protect patient privacy, prevent data mining, and maintain accurate, individualized documentation. The staff writes notes by hand with no templates or copy-paste shortcuts.

Most in-office care falls under the annual fee. Items outside the membership include specialized lab studies such as hormone assays and advanced STI testing, certain specialized vaccines like HPV/Gardasil, genetic testing panels, and labs ordered by outside physicians.
