Each physician at MD2 Austin cares for just 50 families. That deliberate limit allows for extended appointments, direct physician access around the clock, and careful coordination of every aspect of your care.

The membership covers all primary care services the practice provides, with no additional billing after your annual retainer. This includes extensive annual physicals, unlimited visits, house and workplace calls, routine lab work, diagnostics, cardiovascular screening, cancer evaluations, and specialist coordination. Your physician also accompanies you to specialist appointments when needed.

MD2 Austin charges an annual retainer paid on a monthly basis. The practice does not require an annual contract from patients. If you choose to leave, you can cancel at any time without financial obligation, and your physician will help you establish care with another doctor.

Yes. MD2 Austin gives every patient direct access to their physician's private cell phone, available day or night. You never go through a front desk, answering service, or nurse to reach your doctor. If your primary physician is unavailable, you have direct access to their partner physician.

Yes. MD2 Austin designs care specifically for patients who travel often or divide time between multiple locations. Your physician remains your primary contact regardless of where you are. If you need care in a city with another MD2 office, your physician will coordinate directly with that location's physician. All MD2 patients also receive enrollment in a worldwide medical evacuation service.
