Complete Wellness Pediatrics

Membership fees vary by age group. Newborns from birth through two months pay $175 per month for in-office visits, or $250 per month for the home visit package, which includes up to four house calls. Children from three months through two years (Sprouts) pay $175 per month. Children ages two through 20 (Trees) pay $140 per month. The practice also charges a one-time enrollment fee of $125 and a $5 per month per family fee to help cover medical supplies.

Membership covers well visits and sports physicals, unlimited sick visits, in-office testing for strep and flu, developmental screenings, nutrition and sleep guidance, lactation support, form completion, care coordination with specialists, behavioral consults, and telehealth visits. Members also receive direct access to their pediatrician via a secure app for texting, calls, and virtual visits.

Complete Wellness Pediatrics does not accept or participate in any insurance plans. The practice operates as an out-of-network provider on a membership basis. Families should maintain insurance coverage for hospital care, specialist visits, and immunizations, which the practice bills through a third-party program called Vaxcare.

Vaccines are not included in the monthly membership fee. Complete Wellness Pediatrics partners with Vaxcare, a third-party immunization program. Vaxcare supplies the vaccines, the doctors administer them, and Vaxcare submits the claim to your insurance. Families pay any copay or coinsurance their insurance requires for immunizations. The practice follows the CDC and AAP recommended vaccine schedule.

All families must complete a meet-and-greet before enrolling. Families can schedule this consultation by phone or in person. For the newborn home visit model, the meet-and-greet must take place in person before the baby arrives. After the consultation, families can enroll through the practice's online enrollment form.

Yes. Members contact Dr. Cross or Dr. Logue directly through a secure app for texting, phone calls, and telehealth visits. For children who get sick while traveling, the doctors can conduct virtual visits or call in prescriptions when clinically appropriate.

Yes. The practice offers a newborn home visit package for families with babies from birth through two months of age. This package includes up to four house calls within the driving radius, then transitions to in-office visits at three months. House calls are subject to panel availability.

Complete Wellness Pediatrics has limited availability for newborns. Most other age groups operate on a waitlist. The waitlist for children ages five and older is currently full. The practice contacts waitlisted families directly as spots open within each age group.

Dr. Cross and Dr. Logue cover each other's patients. Both doctors communicate with families ahead of any planned time away. If an urgent issue arises during one doctor's absence, the other physician steps in to provide care.

Complete Wellness Pediatrics serves patients from birth through age 20. The membership tiers organize patients by age group: Seedling covers newborns through two months, Sprouts covers three months through two years, and Trees covers children and young adults from two through 20 years old.
