The practice delivers telehealth visits through its Pediatric Connect service using Zoom technology.

Hirschfield Pediatrics & Family Care accepts many traditional insurance plans. However, it does not accept Medicaid or KidCare, Simply, BCBS Blue Select, UHC NHP HMO Access, Cigna Connect Network and OAO, AmBetter, Multiplan, PHCS, or Aetna Select and Individual Exchange Policies. Yes. Julie A. Hirschfield, BA, CCRC, a certified WellCoach, offers personal health and wellness coaching sessions. These 35-minute sessions are available via telehealth and focus on lifestyle behavioral strategies for mind, mood, and body. Sessions cost $75.

Midnight Medicine, Inc. is the urgent care arm of Hirschfield Pediatrics & Family Care. Dr. Hirschfield developed this service for patients who need prompt care outside of routine visits. Pediatric urgent care through Midnight Medicine does not accept insurance; it runs on out-of-pocket payment or Hirschfield Direct membership. Adult urgent care is available to Hirschfield Direct Primary Care members only.

New patients can call the office directly to schedule a wellness visit or establish care. The practice provides intake forms in advance to make the first appointment smooth. Walk-ins are not accepted, so scheduling ahead is required.
