The annual membership at Colorado Concierge Functional Medicine costs $2,100. Patients can pay $175 per month or save $100 by paying $2,000 upfront. Physician time bills separately at an hourly rate, starting at $450 per hour for pay-as-you-go. Pre-purchasing hours in blocks of 4, 6, or 10 hours lowers that rate to $425, $400, or $375 per hour respectively. Pre-purchased time never expires.

New patients begin with a 30-minute initial consultation with Dr. Dan. This meeting explores whether the practice is a good fit and does not include lab review or specific medical advice. A $100 non-refundable fee applies to this consultation. If you sign on as a member within 30 days, the practice applies that $100 toward your membership fee. You can schedule this consultation in person or by video.

The practice does not participate with any private insurance networks and does not bill Medicare. Dr. Dan has chosen to opt out of Medicare participation entirely. The practice provides superbills upon request so patients can seek their own reimbursement. Members also receive negotiated discounted pricing on LabCorp lab panels, which helps offset out-of-pocket costs.

Yes. Dr. Dan holds licenses in more than 37 states and conducts virtual visits by video for patients outside of Colorado. He can also pursue additional state licenses as needed. This makes the practice accessible to patients across most of the country who want functional medicine care with a cognitive health focus.

The ReCODE program uses the Bredesen Protocol to treat existing cognitive decline and Alzheimer's dementia. 0 Certified Practitioner, works with patients to identify and address the underlying contributors to their cognitive symptoms. 0 certified, provides ongoing support. The program includes the ReSToRE 180 structured track, weekly community Zoom meetings, a video library, and a member forum.

The PreCODE program focuses on preventing cognitive decline before symptoms appear. Dr. Dan investigates and corrects underlying factors that may contribute to future cognitive issues. Membership costs $2,100 annually. The program pairs physician-led care with health coaching, advanced lab panels, and lifestyle planning to support long-term brain health.

Yes. Colorado Concierge Functional Medicine offers video visits for patients throughout its licensed states. Virtual consultations work the same way as in-person visits for most clinical purposes. Patients in the Denver and Boulder area can also schedule in-person appointments at the Louisville office.

Yes. Since June 2023, Colorado Concierge Functional Medicine has offered access to TB006, an investigational drug available through the FDA Expanded Access (compassionate use) Program. TB006 targets Galectin-3 and showed signs of symptom reversal in a Phase 2a clinical trial. Dr. Dan also offers plasmalogen therapy as part of his dementia treatment approach. These options sit alongside the full ReCODE protocol for eligible patients.
