The annual exam includes a full review of laboratory and imaging results with your physician, an expanded laboratory panel, EKG, pulmonary function testing, cognitive testing, hearing screens, and InBody body composition analysis. Your physician then creates an individualized, goal-oriented health plan based on those findings.

Patients age 50 and older receive coronary calcium scoring, carotid ultrasound and CIMT, thyroid ultrasound, and abdominal MRI at no additional cost. Younger patients can access these tests for a fee. Galleri cancer screening and coronary CTA with Cleerly carry an additional cost for all patients.

Yes. CCME provides access to your physician by phone, video conference, and email. The practice uses the Athena Health patient portal for electronic records and secure communication.

The CCME team draws on 60-plus years of collective experience to connect patients with top specialists in Denver. The practice facilitates timely referrals, coordinates scheduling when urgent, and communicates directly with your specialists throughout the process.

CCME includes annual nutritionist consultations covering weight management, cholesterol, cancer prevention, and dietary supplements. The practice also hosts nutrition webinars and cooking classes, meditation and mindfulness workshops, and physical therapy or certified fitness specialist consultations for patients age 40 and older at no additional cost.

CCME physicians provide direct care for patients hospitalized at Rose Hospital in Denver. For patients hospitalized at another facility, a CCME physician provides consultation by phone and participates in medical decision-making and communication with hospitalists, specialists, and families.
