Coastline Direct Primary Care

Monthly membership fees at Coastline Direct Primary Care range from $75 for ages 6-18, $95 for ages 19-40, $110 for ages 41-64, and $130 for members 65 and older. A one-time enrollment fee of $150 per person or $200 per family applies. The practice offers a 5% discount for annual payment, and special family discounts are also available.

Coastline DPC operates outside of the insurance system. The practice bills members directly through a flat monthly fee. We still recommend members carry insurance for services outside our scope, such as surgeries, emergency visits, and hospitalizations. DPC pairs especially well with high-deductible health plans.

The rules around HSA eligibility for DPC membership fees are not fully settled. We recommend speaking with your tax accountant for guidance. You can use HSA funds for other services not included in your membership, such as labs, imaging, and medications.

Membership covers same-day and next-day visits, telehealth by phone or video, in-office procedures, and direct communication with your physician. Lab draws cost $10 in-office and are priced at approximately 90% below standard rates. The practice also dispenses commonly used medications at cost.

Yes. Coastline DPC offers telehealth visits by phone or video at no extra charge to members. Home visits may also be available depending on circumstances. Members can also communicate with their physician through the Akute Health patient portal.

Coastline DPC serves patients ages 6 and up. The practice cannot care for children ages 0 to 5 at this time. Children ages 6 and older need childhood immunizations from a pharmacy or a contracted DPC provider.

Yes. Coastline DPC offers group discounts and business pricing for employers. This pairs well with high-deductible health insurance plans and works as a standalone benefit for employers who do not offer traditional insurance.

Yes. Non-members can access several a la carte services. A contraception consult costs $100. A contraception consult with LARC placement costs $200, not including the device. Musculoskeletal injections run $150. A 90-minute comprehensive physical exam with health recommendations and screening lab orders costs $250.

The Coastline HealthCare Collaborative brings together independent health providers located within the same office suite. Members and non-members can access Be Well Physical Therapy with Bonnie Topham, PT, A Simple Therapy psychotherapy services with Nora McElroy, LCSW, and Smileologie preventive dental hygiene with Raghda Salman, RDH.

Coastline uses Akute Health as its electronic medical record and patient portal, available through iOS and Android apps. Members receive portal access within 48 hours of registering. The practice manages membership billing through Hint Health, where members can view invoices and manage payment details.
