Adult members pay $129 per month or $1,400 per year. Children ages 0 to 19 pay $75 per month or $800 per year. Paying annually saves the equivalent of one month's fees. New members pay a one-time, nonrefundable registration fee of $100 per person, capped at $250 per immediate family. vip cardholders and Redlands Chamber of Commerce members have the registration fee waived.

Caravel Health DPC does not accept insurance and charges no copays or per-visit fees. The monthly membership covers unlimited office visits, acute visits, procedures, and in-office tests. The practice encourages members to carry a health insurance plan or health-sharing arrangement for hospital-based care and emergencies.

Membership covers unlimited visits, same-day and next-day scheduling, appointments of 30 to 60 minutes, telemedicine by phone, text, email, or video, and after-hours, weekend, and holiday availability. Members also receive 80 to 90 percent off retail pricing on labs, medications, and imaging, plus access to the Caravel Health App with portable health records and wearable device integration.

Yes. Caravel Health DPC offers same-day and next-day scheduling for members. The practice also provides after-hours, weekend, holiday, and vacation availability. Members can reach their physician directly by phone, text, email, or video at any time.

Yes on both. Telemedicine visits happen by phone, text, email, or video. House calls are available and may carry an additional fee of $75 to $150 at the physician's discretion. The practice also offers worksite visits for employers who enroll their employees.

Prospective patients can join the waitlist directly on the Caravel Health DPC website. Dr. Salma Green is currently accepting new patients. Dr. Landen Green maintains a waitlist for new patients. New members pay a one-time registration fee at sign-up, and no long-term contract is required.

Yes. The practice provides newborn and well-child visits, sports physicals, camp physicals, and family planning counseling. Children ages 0 to 19 have their own membership tier at $75 per month or $800 per year. Dr. Salma Green does not currently accept Medicare-eligible patients aged 65 and older due to federal regulations.

Yes. Caravel Health DPC offers a discounted college student plan for students who need care away from home, limited to 200 students. Employers with five or more employees can enroll through a business package that waives registration fees and includes discounted rates. Both plans include the same membership benefits as standard adult memberships.

Yes. Dr. Landen Green offers telemedicine-only memberships for residents of North Carolina at $50 per month or $550 per year. These memberships provide direct access to Dr. Green for concerns that do not require an in-person visit, keeping care convenient and affordable for patients in his home state.
