The Women's Hayven Core Care DPC membership costs $119 per month for women ages 18 to 64. A one-time enrollment fee of $79 applies at sign-up. Hayven requires no long-term contracts, so members pay month to month.

The membership includes unlimited in-office and virtual visits, same-day or next-day appointments, extended appointment times, and secure direct messaging with your provider. Members also receive access to care coordination, specialty programs, and ongoing care management. Most everyday and preventive health needs fall within the monthly fee.

Hayven currently accepts Aetna of California for women's health and hormone needs. The practice operates out of network for most other carriers and is actively credentialing with select insurers. Hayven provides a superbill upon request for members who want to submit to their own insurer, though the practice cannot guarantee reimbursement. The practice does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Yes. Hayven accepts HSA and FSA payments for membership fees and services. The practice is cashless and does not accept cash, but accepts most debit and credit cards alongside HSA and FSA accounts.

Hayven offers financing through Cherry Financing, CareCredit, Afterpay, Klarna, and ApplePay. Patients who want to finance their membership or aesthetic treatments can ask the team about available options at enrollment.

Yes. Hayven offers secure telehealth visits for members who do not need an in-person appointment. The practice also provides mobile concierge services, available for corporate functions and private events.

Hayven serves women and adolescents from age 13 through 64. Clinical care spans routine wellness, women's health, hormone management, chronic conditions, basic mental health, and aesthetics across that age range.

Yes. Hayven provides a range of aesthetic services including neurotoxins starting at $14 per unit, Botox at $16 per unit, dermal fillers at $700 per syringe, SkinPen microneedling at $425, VIPeel chemical peels starting at $375, HydraFacials, and medical facials starting at $180. Aesthetic treatments are available to both members and non-members.

Hayven offers three structured hormone programs: the Perimenopause Balance Program, the Menopause BHRT Program using bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and the Postpartum 4th Trimester Program. These programs are available as add-ons to the core DPC membership.

New patients start by completing an inquiry form on the Hayven website. The team then schedules a 15-minute alignment call to exchange information and answer questions about the practice. After that call, both parties decide whether to move forward, and the initial appointment process begins.
