Cactus Bloom Pediatrics

Membership at Cactus Bloom Pediatrics costs $200 per month for children newborn through age four, and $180 per month for children five and older. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 applies for one child, or $150 for families enrolling multiple children. Families who pay annually have the enrollment fee waived. Discounts are available for families with three or more children.

Cactus Bloom Pediatrics accepts payment by ACH bank transfer, credit card, or HSA. Monthly fees charge automatically, so there is no need to manage bills or track insurance claims. Checking with your HSA plan beforehand is recommended to confirm eligibility.

Cactus Bloom Pediatrics does not bill insurance directly for office visits or services. All care Dr. Cropp provides falls under the monthly membership fee. The practice does use your insurance information for labs, imaging, specialist referrals, and vaccines. Carrying insurance coverage for hospitalizations or emergencies is recommended.

Membership covers unlimited acute sick visits, well child checks, sports and camp physicals, rapid in-office testing, wound care, respiratory treatments, telehealth visits, and ADHD and behavioral health management. It also includes direct access to Dr. Cropp by text, email, or phone. There are no copays, no hidden fees, and no surprise billing.

Yes. Cactus Bloom Pediatrics offers same-day and next-day sick visits with minimal to no wait time. Dr. Cropp schedules based on patient need rather than traditional office hours. Evening and weekend appointments are available for urgent issues.

Yes. Dr. Cropp offers telehealth visits when clinically appropriate, including when your family is traveling. Members reach her directly to determine whether a virtual or in-person visit best fits the situation.

Cactus Bloom Pediatrics serves patients from birth through adolescence. Dr. Cropp welcomes newborns and infants and cares for children through their teenage years.

Dr. Cropp asks all prospective families to complete a free meet and greet before enrolling. Meet and greets take place in person or virtually at your convenience. After the meet and greet, you can sign up for a membership through the practice portal.

Yes. Dr. Cropp administers standard childhood immunizations in the office. She bills your insurance directly for vaccines. She is happy to work with families who have questions about vaccine schedules, but the practice does not accept families who decline vaccines entirely.

Dr. Cropp provides advance notice before any extended time away. During those periods, she arranges a covering physician or puts a clear plan in place to handle any issues that arise.
