Arizona Internists charges $105 per month. That fee covers all in-office and virtual visits, same-day and next-day appointments, comprehensive annual physicals, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, in-office procedures, weight and nutrition management, and men's and women's health services. The practice charges no initiation fee, no retainer, and no cancellation fee. Lab work and imaging bill separately at discounted cash prices through local partner facilities.

Arizona Internists currently operates a waitlist. com. When a membership slot opens, the practice contacts waitlisted patients to begin enrollment. Enrollment is electronic and includes reviewing and signing the patient agreement.

The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees or primary care visits. Members can still use their insurance for labs, imaging, specialist referrals, and medications. Patients with HMO or closed-network Medicare Advantage plans should confirm with their insurer whether out-of-network providers can place orders.

Arizona Internists enrolls both physicians as opted-out Medicare providers. This means the practice cannot submit membership fees to Medicare for reimbursement, but it can still order labs, imaging, medications, and referrals. AHCCCS does not currently allow out-of-network providers to place orders, so AHCCCS members should contact the practice to discuss options before joining.

Appointments at Arizona Internists run between 30 and 60 minutes. The practice also holds same-day and next-day slots for urgent concerns. Members never pay a co-pay or encounter surprise billing for office visits.

Yes. Arizona Internists provides members with a dedicated after-hours phone line for urgent concerns. Members can also send secure messages, share documents, and request video visits through the Spruce app at any time.

Yes. Both physicians conduct telehealth visits through the Spruce app. Members use the app for secure messaging, video appointments, and document sharing. The practice determines telehealth appropriateness on a case-by-case basis.

The practice charges no cancellation fee for members who choose to leave. However, if a former member voluntarily cancels and later wishes to rejoin, Arizona Internists charges a $300 re-enrollment fee.

Arizona Internists performs a range of in-office procedures covered under the monthly membership. These include removal of benign skin lesions, simple dermatologic procedures, abscess incision and drainage, minor wound repair and suturing, and earwax removal. The practice does not refer patients out for procedures it can handle in-house.
