About

At Bright Endocrinology, Dr. Heather Saran delivers specialized endocrine care through a direct physician care model in Scottsdale, Arizona. She treats the full spectrum of endocrine conditions, from thyroid disorders and diabetes to PCOS, osteoporosis, and pituitary disease. A clinical nutritionist, Alena Hromish, MSCN, rounds out the team with individualized nutrition support.

Dr. Saran pairs evidence-based endocrinology with a functional medicine lens. She prioritizes root cause analysis over checklist medicine. Patients choose between a Core Membership at $2,200 per year or an Elite Membership at $3,000 per year. Elite members receive direct physician access, priority scheduling, and included diagnostic scans. The practice performs in-office thyroid ultrasounds, FNA biopsies, FibroScans, and InBody body composition scans. Bright Endocrinology serves patients throughout Arizona with both in-person and virtual appointments. Phoenix Magazine named Dr. Saran a 2024 Top Doctor, and AZ Big Media included her among the 100 Best Doctors in Arizona for 2025.
