Bright Endocrinology offers two membership tiers. The Core Yearly Membership costs $2,200 per year or $200 per month. The Elite Yearly Membership costs $3,000 per year or $275 per month. New patients also pay a $725 initial consultation fee before enrolling in a membership plan.

Elite members receive Dr. Saran's direct phone number for personal access. They also get priority scheduling, often same-day or next-day appointments, and virtual access outside of scheduled hours at no additional charge. Elite members receive one neck ultrasound and two FibroScans per 12-month period when medically indicated.

Yes, for the first year. After the new patient consultation, Bright Endocrinology requires enrollment in either the Core or Elite membership for the first 12 months. After that first year, patients whose conditions have stabilized may transition to a fee-for-service arrangement requiring only one to two visits annually.

No. Bright Endocrinology does not accept or bill any health insurance. Patients pay directly by credit card or HSA/FSA. Patients with commercial insurance that includes out-of-network benefits can submit claims to their insurer for potential reimbursement.

Yes. Bright Endocrinology accepts payment by credit card, HSA, and FSA. Patients still benefit from using pre-tax dollars to cover membership fees and diagnostic services.

Yes. Most patients maintain their existing insurance coverage. Bright Endocrinology recommends keeping insurance for medications, outside lab work, imaging, and any hospitalizations or surgeries. Patients also continue routine care with a primary care provider alongside their endocrinology membership.

Yes. Bright Endocrinology offers both video and phone appointments. Patients choose how they want to be seen at each visit. All patients must be physically located in Arizona during virtual appointments due to state medical licensing requirements.

Bright Endocrinology performs InBody body composition scans at $50, FibroScan liver imaging at $115, thyroid ultrasounds at $195, and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsies at $250. These services allow Dr. Saran to evaluate conditions thoroughly without sending patients elsewhere for routine diagnostics.

Yes. Alena Hromish, MSCN, serves as the practice's clinical nutritionist. She specializes in metabolic balance, insulin resistance, autoimmune conditions, and women's health. Patients can book nutrition packages separately, starting at $300 for an initial consultation and follow-up.

Bright Endocrinology requires at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations within that window incur a $200 fee. Patients who do not show without notice pay the full appointment fee. The practice keeps a credit card on file for all patients.
