Membership starts at $75 per month for a single member. Beyond Primary Care also offers tiers for a member plus a spouse or child and a full family plan. A one-time $150 enrollment fee applies per household. Members who pay annually save the equivalent of one monthly fee. The practice accepts HSA and FSA funds, and billing typically runs through electronic check.

Beyond Primary Care does not bill private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. The monthly membership covers your care directly, with no copays or insurance claims involved. Members can maintain a separate catastrophic or wraparound insurance plan for hospitalizations or specialist care, but the practice itself operates entirely outside insurance networks.

Members receive virtually unlimited office visits with their physician. The membership also covers wholesale medications dispensed directly in the office and wholesale lab work drawn at the time of your appointment. The practice handles same-day and next-day scheduling, telemedicine via Zoom or FaceTime, and in-office procedures including EKGs, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, laceration repair, and abscess treatment.

Yes. Beyond Primary Care routinely offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. The practice does not accommodate walk-ins, so members should call or schedule through the patient portal to secure a same-day slot.

Yes. Dr. Jeff O'Boyle is board certified in addiction medicine and follows American Society of Addiction Medicine treatment guidelines. The practice offers medication-assisted treatment including buprenorphine products such as Suboxone and Zubsolv for opioid dependence, The Sinclair Method with naltrexone for alcohol dependence, Vivitrol and Sublocade injections, and acamprosate. Addiction treatment runs as an additional service at $100 per month beyond the base membership.

Yes. The practice serves patients from newborn through end-of-life, making it a medical home for the entire family. Well-child care and adolescent medicine are part of the standard membership. Children added to a membership under a family or member-plus tier must be under 25 years old.

Yes. Beyond Primary Care offers telemedicine appointments through Zoom or FaceTime. Members can connect with their physician remotely for many visits without coming into the office.

Yes. Dr. Jones Jones performs OMT at the practice for issues including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, and joint restrictions. An initial full-body evaluation costs $150. Follow-up full-body sessions cost $125, and focused regional treatment runs $25 per region. OMT is available as a separate service.

Yes. Beyond Primary Care offers an employer healthcare program at $50 per employee per month, with a minimum of five employees. Employers pay on a pre-payroll basis. The program gives employees direct access to primary care without the complexity of traditional insurance networks.
