When he travels for vacation or a continuing medical education seminar, a qualified colleague with the same type of membership practice covers the panel at no additional charge.

You need to keep existing health insurance to cover specialist visits, hospitalizations, prescription drugs, and diagnostic services outside the Annual Fee. Dr. Morrison provides paperwork at your annual exam or office visit so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement from private insurance, though not from Medicare, TRICARE, or HMOs.
